This page enlists all but not limited to, the policies of Victory Furniture. This page will be updated/modified as and when required to keep up-to-date with NZ market's rules and regulation act. Please keep yourself updated with this.


Payment is required within 5 days after auction close or otherwise agreed. Full payment must be made prior to pick-up or delivery. Payment option:

  •  Cash in store
  •  Internet/ direct deposit
  •  Credit card via Pay Pal
  •  Q Card in store only



You are welcome to pick up via appointment or arrange your own freight delivery. Item must be picked up within 5 days of our notification. Otherwise warehouse storage fee may apply. Nationwide delivery available if you choose to use our delivery please email for a quote. We will arrange despatch of goods as soon as payment sighted.


We try to solve any problem in good faith. If you find the goods faulty you must report to us in writing within 2 days upon receipt of goods. Evidence of fault such as photos may be required. Any returned goods must be in unused condition with its original package. Shipping costs, Handling fees and/or Trademe success fee (if any) are not refundable and purchaser should be responsible for costs to return the product. We will be responsible to send replaced goods to purchaser if it is faulty.


We adhere Victory Furniture terms and conditions and will fulfill all of the obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

All our furniture has got at least one year manufacture’s warranty. Please read the listing of each item carefully as warranty may vary for individual items.
